Edisc is a unique profiling tool for behaviour. Edisc does not discuss personality as a personality profile is fixed with a label, that is, what you see is what you get. In simple terms, EDISC provides us with the persons observable behaviour.
When we teach our children to listen to the emotion, and then we teach them to label it (call it something) and then we teach them what they could do with it and then we teach them that emotions come and go – then these children will grow into adults that are capable and able to harness huge milestones.
